  • Can items in the online store be substituted or changed?
    Yes. Items may be substituted based on availablity. We also offer custom gifts. Please visit our contact us page for your request and additional info.
  • Can chocolate candies be shipped all year?
    No. We are unable to ship chocolate from May-September due to the summer heat, but will resume shipping chocolate in October.
  • How are gifts delivered/shipped?
    We offer local hand delivery for a flat fee of $10.00. If you order does not qualify as a local delivery then you have the option to have it shipped via UPS.
  • How are gifts packaged?
    All gifts are wrapped with cellophane and a bow. Local deliveries will be delivered in a gift bag and orders being shipped via UPS will be delivered in a box.
