

SHIPPING POLICY
Gifts from our gift shop will be processed within 1-2 days after your order is placed. Custom gift processing is 7 business days. Orders will ship once it has been processed and paid in full. We currently do not offer same day delivery. Large orders or orders placed during the holiday seasons may require additional time to process. Please contact us for large and corporate orders.
We are unable to ship chocolate from May-September due to the summer heat, but will resume shipping chocolate in October. We reserve the right to make substitutions if needed using items of comparable or greater value since some items are based on season and availability.
UPS ground is our primary shipping method. The shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated by UPS tables. Ground delivery for UPS is 1-5 days. Please contact us if your shipping needs to be expedited. We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday. If an order is placed on a Holidays it will not be processed until the next business day. Your order will ship after it is has processed, which can take up to 2 days after your order is placed.
Please be sure to provide us with the correct and complete shipping address. If UPS needs to make an address correction to deliver your order then you will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee. In order to avoid this charge, please make sure to provide complete and accurate address information.

Our goal is to provide our customers with a great gift giving experience. We do make every effort to ensure that all information on our web site is complete and accurate. We may make substitutions using items of comparable or greater value if an item is not available.
Orders will be processed for shipping or delivery once paid in full. If there are any questions concerning a gift you are interested in or if you wish to have a gift customized please contact us.

Marie's Giftique values the privacy of our customers. Marie's Giftique does not share any information collected on mariesgiftique.com with third parties. We request contact information (such as name and email address) on our contact us page. We use this information to contact our customers in order to answer any questions about services that he/she has expressed interest in.
During the checkout process we also request the customers desired shipping address and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is only used for billing purposes and to process our customers orders. Customers also have the option to use PayPal. If we have trouble processing an order, the information provided will be used to contact the customer.
